Price

Our current prices are displayed on this website.  We reserve the right to vary the price list from time to time.  All prices are shown in NZ $.  Safety4Baby shall be entitled to amend it's prices from time to time to account for changes in product cost and supply factors. Prices quoted do not include cost of freight, which will be charged to the customer.  Your order will not be processed until payment is received in full, and will be held for 10 days while waiting for payment, after which time it will be returned to stock.

Delivery

Delivery time within New Zealand is 3-5 working days following receipt of payment. All products have a standard delivery charge of $6.  If the item you order is particularly small and suitable for delivery using a postage envelope, you will be given the choice as to which method you would prefer and an alternative price.

Payment

We accept payment by bank deposit, telephone or internet banking, cheque and credit card.  After your order is submitted we will email you with details, usually within 24 hours.  Please note, that for Credit Card payments, you will be emailed manually created Paypal invoice.  In this invoice, there will be a 5% fee added to orders using Credit Card as the form of payment.

Shopping

Our site uses a shopping cart hosted by Mal's E-Commerce.  When you click the buttons "add to cart" your browser will be redirected to the shopping cart site.

International Orders

We do accept international orders.  Quotation for delivery will be available on request, and will depend on weight of your parcel and destination.  International customer payment will be required using Paypal.  A fee of 5% of order total will be charged to cover the Paypal fees.  Prices will be converted to $US on your Paypal invoice using this foreign exchange calculator: http://www.xe.com This also applies to customers paying by credit card.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a ‘no obligation’ right to a refund, provided our products are returned unopened or unused, or with fault explained within 20 days after delivery.  If you would like a refund for a particular item please email us to arrange.  Proof of purchase must be included.

Privacy

We are committed to ensuring your privacy.  Information is collected at the time of sale in order to complete the sale and deliver the items.  We also collect your name if you request to join our newsletter.  We respect your privacy and therefore under no circumstances will Safety4Baby release any information held about any of its customers for the purposes of supplying such information to other organisations for the purpose of marketing goods and services from other organisations.

Product Disclaimer

Our products are safe and intended for ordinary use, but should you or your baby have any particular sensitivities or other medical conditions, please consult your doctor if in doubt. 

Safety4Baby is not liable for any misuse of these products that lead to harm of any kind.  In all cases, supervision of children is recommended for complete baby safety.
